The site is located at the northern outskirts of Warsaw, set within a wooded area, Closest neighborhood is not developed yet.
Project of the house had to be energy efficient and low – maintenance, made of durable matrials. The building has closed northern facade from the north without any windows and the southern facade is widely open towards the garden. That makes the building more energy efficient. The whole house is finished with dark gray architectural concrete including awnings above the main entrance door and terraces.
